We are very happy ts be sending you all our summer newsletter. We hope that you are well and enjoying the summer. Thank you for being shareholders in the buildings of our community pub, without your investments, we would not be able to continue to support the venture. As our only income is the rent from the tenants, which we use to maintain the buildings of the pub, we are very grateful to you.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this year's AGM which is on Wednesday 6th September 2017, in the Coverdale Memorial Hall in Carlton at 7.30pm.

We ask that you put the date in your diary and make every effort to attend.lt is essential that the AGM is quorate of enough of our members (at least 37) in order to pass any items on the agenda that require a vote. We are planning to hold a buffet in the pub following the AGM.

The invitation and the AGM papers will be coming out in August, but please make a plan to join us. Thank you.
